**UPDATE!! No longer avail :-((** AWESOME Dollar General deal!! RUN!!
****no longer valid, itz been corrected...sorry gius...****
So this is basically a moneymaker deal, that you will need to do 2+ transactions on, it all depends on how YOU make it work!
All you have to do is follow this flow:
On the 1st transaction:
buy 3 boxes of Bounce sheets $2ea=$6
use $3/3 P&G q (existing q exp 3/30, we also got these q's in yesterday's paper)
pay $3+tax oop, receive a $10 catalina/CRT on the bottom of your receipt
2nd transaction, etc, (MUST buy 3 bounce to generate the $10 CRT!)
buy 3 boxes of Bounce sheets $2ea=$6
use $3/3 P&G q (existing q exp 3/30, we also got these q's in yesterday's paper)
add other items in worth a lil over $7, you technically have a $13 balance, but you will use another $3/3 coupon, and if you count the $10 CRT you are paying for, that is $7 is overage you get to use HOWEVER YOU WANT! Make sure your balance before tax isn't zero, to ensure you get another $10 CRT!
*if you don't have anymore of the $3/3 bounce q's then you will just have $4 in overage, this deal pays for itself, don't pass it up! Especially if you have been having trouble finding a Target with the bounce in stock, this is your ticket to not letting that existing coupon that exp 3/30 go to waste!
**As long as you purchase 3 bounce, this $10 CRT should print at the bottom of each receipt once you have paid & you can use them on the spot. You will probably want to RUN to the store before this gets corrected lol. Have fun!!
**If you don't wanna get stuck with a $10CRT to make you come back to the Dollar General, just buy whatever you want to exhaust the last $10 CRT, FREE MONEY IS AWESOME!!
If you get in on this deal lmk how you did!!

The 20oz Dr Pepper is $1.69, & milky way/3 musketeers are $.99=$2.68, the final price will be $.43 BUT, I noticed when they scanned my coupon it only doubled up to $.99 (price of the candy bar), they ended up manually giving me a credit of up to $2.25 since the drink & the candy bar costed more then that, so be mindful of that at the register.

Triples @ HT & Super Doubles @ Lowes Foods!
So not only do we get Triples @ Harris Teeter, Lowes Foods is having Super Doubles this sales ad as well!
If you are new to Couponing you are thinking, what in the world are Triples & Super Doubles & why are these people so hype about it??
Well...Triples @ HT (this round), they are tripling any coupon with a face value of up to $.99! This means, for example...if you have a $.75/1 coupon, that will actually knock off $2.25 from that particular product ($.75x3=$2.25). If that item is $2.50, you will only pay $.25 oop for it. They will do that up to $.99 face value ($.99x3=$2.97 off!).
Super Doubles @ Lowes Foods, they double coupons everyday up to $.99 face value. When you see "super doubles" that means they double any coupon up to $2 face value, so your $2/1 coupon now becomes $4/1, and so on.
Just be sure to read the coupons/qty & watch the register to make sure that each coupon is tripled/doubled by the register. Also make sure your coupon doesn't state "Do not double or triple coupon",SOME of these coupons will double/triple anyway, but just look out for that wording on the coupon.
I do recommend to have a guesstimate of what your transaction amount will be b4/after coupons so you will be able to tell if the coupons didn't come off right for some reason (this does happen from time to time, so it helps to be able to catch it before you pay).
Both Lowes & HT have a daily coupon limit of 20 per card per day that will double. Any coupons that would qualify for the doubling/tripling, will only be honored at the face value, above the 20 limit. If you have coupons that are higher value, there isn't a limit that I am aware of & those do NOT count towards the daily 20 coupon limit.
I am going to be doing my weekly aisle stalking at HT today on my lunch break & will update my blog to my findings as soon as I possibly can as this is something I work on at work on my breaks.
If they are out of the itme you are looking for, grab RAINCHECKS to preserve that price & redeem it at a later time! And be mindful, there aren't only crazy couponers out there looking to get deals, so expect some of the items to out of stock or super low on availability, no fear...they norm stock up at least ONCE during their sales ads, you may want to ask the store mgr when they get their deliveries, so you can be one of the first ones to grab what wasn't there when you tried to get it initially ;)
Got questions? Ask away!

Did you know that stores WANT & WELCOME you to coupon?
Yes It's true, you read the subject correct lol....although sadly enough...their employees aren't informed or trained on their own coupon policy the majority of the time....businesses/stores WANT you to use coupons in there....so much that they: 1) offer their own 'rewards' program that saves you $ &/or gives you back money for buying things in their store, 2) offer store coupons, 3) put coupons in their wkly sales ads, 4) accept manufacturer coupons, 5) go to the extent of matching their competitors prices &/ OR 6) accept their competitors coupons, just so that you will shop with them instead of with their competitors, 7) do some coupon matchups FOR you in their ad & tell you what the final cost oop will be!
*you can read some of my previous blogs on the rewards programs offered at various stores & important info on their coupon policy if you want to know more
Take a look at this Walgreen's sales ad for this current week (through 4/20), I am just using this as an example to show you what kind of things to look for in a sales ad:
The portion of the ad highlighted in blue are where they did a few of the coupon match ups for you & gave you a final oop (out of pocket) price for you.
The portion in yellow, didn't do a coupon match up, but is letting you know that if you buy this item (before coupons) you will pay (in this case) $3.99 upfront, but you will receive back a $2 register reward.
**Now, throw in a coupon with this one & it makes the deal even sweeter....I believe there is a $1/1 manufacturer coupon on Listerine, so you'd only pay $2.99 oop (plus tax) & get back $2 in register rewards, which technically means you only paid $.99 for this item since they gave you back $2.
I wish I still had all the other sales ads on me for Target, CVS, Rite Aid, Walmart, etc...but they each do something similar to let us know that "hey, we accept coupons here, come buy it from us!" Even though we may get the occasional oblivious cashier &/or mgr (yes it happens from time to time) that knows nothing about their coupon policy & comes across in a way that we (couponers) feel unwelcomed....we have their own policy to back us up & point out that, 'your coupon policy states....' or 'it says here i n your ad that...'....I cannot stress enough how important it is to know the stores policy & even more handy it is to have a printed copy with you (in your binder, purse, accordion file...whatever couponing method that you have chosen) at all times, so if they don't know it or have a copy on hand, you can pull it out & polite have back up of what you are telling them & it's on their own wesbite/letterhead.
Once you get familiar & comfy with how their policy works, things run much smoother. I've heard so many stories of cashiers not wanting to honor something that you know is in the policy & once you can prove that, the transaction went smoothly....alot of times these cashiers aren't thrilled at all to be proven wrong, so they aren't happy that you got your way (the right way per their policy)....it feels good to stand up for yourself & inform/enforce the policy they have in place.
Hope this helped a little. I may try to take a pic of some of the new ads this Sunday so you can see a little variety of the stores ads & what they look like, but I think this will give you a good idea of what to be on the look out for, for now. :)
PS....please just make sure that you are using coupons the correct way, I think this is why we have such a hard time when we shop, is because there are people out there that misuse & abuse the coupons & that is why the stores tend to buckle down & be more strict when it comes to accepting coupons! Let's be the ones that they welcome because we aren't trying to do anything illegal, we just want good deals!
And to those that are new to couponing, the stores aren't losing out on any $ when a coupon is used properly & on the correct product. The amount printed on the coupon is the amount that the manufacturers PAY that store, just because you bought their product there. Matter of fact, sales go up for that store when you coupon & as a couponer, you know we buy multiples of an item/brand/product, so technically, WE are HELPING that store survive by giving them our business. COUPONS=MONEY, literally!

*You want your subtotal BEFORE taxes to NOT be $0! If it is $0, it will not trigger another $4 coupon. You can throw in a cheap candy, bag of chips, etc anything you want just as long as it has a small balance before tax.
In the end, you only end up paying for 1 detergent (not even full price because of the coupon) & then for the diff + tax on each additional transaction after that.
HURRY tho, you only have til Saturday! And if you end up with a $4 coupon in the end, you could always use it at Bi-Lo or Harris Teeter, they accept competitor coupons :)

**Keep in mind that:
1. an e-cpn (ZVR) can only be used once & must be saved on your card BEFORE you go to the store. Keep an eye on them though because sometimes they don't come off, just go to the customer service desk if it doesn't come off & they will just verify that it was saved to your card & reimburse you the amount of the coupon in cash.
2. only 3 'like' coupons will be doubled per transaction (like coupon=multiple products/coupons)
3. only 20 coupons will double per day per VIC card, and it only doubles up to $.99
4. The final oop price quoted already includes the coupon being doubled
5. The sales ad runs Wednesday-Tuesday
6. E-vic specials exclusively available to YOUR Vic card will be emailed out tommorow, be aware of the "saturday only" & "sunday only" offers, all other offers are immediately available to your VIC card on Friday & you have until the following Tuesday to redeem those offers, by simply scanning your HT card (or giving your phone# to the cashier) at the register.
Triples next week @ HT! it hasn't been confirmed if it's regular triples (triple the value of a coupon up to $.99 face value) or "super" triples (triple the value of a coupon up to $1 face value)
Check for an email from CVS, $5 off $30 coupon
Check your email to see if you got this from CVS! I recommend you PRINTING this coupon vs sending to card in order to get the max savings out of it. If you send it to your card, this is the very LAST thing to come off (after all coupons are handed over to the cashier) so it will only come off if your balance is at least $30 AFTER those coupons!!
If you choose to PRINT the coupon, you need to print it asap, as the majority of the coupons that they email you are only available in limited quantities. **IMPORTANT!! This will need to be the very FIRST coupon that you give to the cashier so it will knock that amount off of your transaction total while it's $30+, then hand over the rest of your coupons that you planned on using. Also, another key tip when shopping at CVS...if you have already guesstimated the balance of your transaction & know how much you will owe AFTER coupons & you have ECB's you want to use, give the ecb's FIRST, THEN pass over your coupons...giving the ecb's first, knocks out some of your tax amount somehow as well.
PS. If you have not registered to receive daily deals, beauty club emails, etc, register onine @ cvs.com and sign up for everything so you won't miss out on any great deals! The coupons like $5 off of $30, aren't always sent to EVERYONE, they tend to vary from time to time.

Cheap Tide Pods/Bounce/Downy @ KMart!
I wanted to share this deal I just heard about this morning for KMart. You will come out of pocket a little bit up front, but it literally pays for itself after that, read on for more details!
So there is a deal at KMart thru Sat 4/20, buy 1 Tide, 1 Hanes item & 1 more item (can be Tide, Downy or Bounce) and it triggers a $10 Catalina coupon after you pay. There is apparently a glitch in this deal where you get the catalina even if you don't get the Hanes item. (Pricing may vary but this is what I have heard so far: Tide Pods 16ct $5.99, Bounce dryer sheets 40ct $2.99, Downy Softener $3.69)
So here is what you need to do & the suggested transaction from all the couponer vids I've seen this deal on:
**IMPT! Make sure you go to a register that has a catalina machine!!**
1 Tide pods 16ct @ 5.99
2 Bounce dryer sheets 40ct @ 2.99
total b4 cpns= $11.97,
use $1.50//2 Bounce q -1.50
Pay $10.47 (before tax)
**get back $10 catalina coupon!!**
Now you want to just keep it rolling at this point, so do the exact same transaction again, pay with $10 catalina & pay the taxes (or modify according to what you may need at your home, but you will get a $10 catalina after each transactino that you get, just keep in mind if you modify the items/coupons the amount of your transaction will vary)
*Even if you don't have the $1.50/2 coupon, this will still make for an aswesome deal on detergent, in the end you will get that $10 that you invested in the products back & you can either use it on something else inside of KMart on your next order over $10 OR you can use it at HT since they accept competitor coupons. Either way this is a deal you shouldn't pass up & will want to jump on before the shelves get empty!
**It's been said that it's a limit of 10 $10 catalinas per reward card
It did sound like you need their rewards card in order to trigget that $10 catalina coupon, so you can either sign up online here: http://www.shopyourway.com/rewards , or go to the customer service desk when you get to the store before you shop & sign up for & receive your rewards card on the spot (I'd actually recommend you doing this at the store to avoid confusion at the register with not having the actual card on hand, but it's all up to how you want to do it)
